2. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).
• Payments must be made in full before shipping.

3. Shipping & Delivery
• We offer free shipping on orders above AED 300.
• Standard UAE shipping is AED 30.
• Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.
• You will receive a call confirmation before delivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the energy and spiritual nature of crystals, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Please choose your items carefully and contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos.
• We will assess the case and may offer a replacement if appropriate.
