Angelite is a serene, pale blue mineral with a smooth, almost chalky or waxy surface. It often appears in massive form rather than as distinct crystals. Its calming color and soft texture make it a favorite for spiritual and decorative purposes.
Angelite forms from celestite when it loses water over time in a process called dehydration. Though beautiful, it is relatively soft and brittle, making it sensitive to water and not ideal for prolonged wear or immersion.
